West Bay

Located at the tip of the island, west bay offers a great proximity to seven mile beach. This area consists of many exclusive areas with breath taking ocean views. High density residential ranging from condos to higher end canal front homes.

Seven Mile Beach

This area is internationally renowned for the breath-taking white sands and aqua water. This stretch of the island also holds many restaurants, hotels, and bars. On the canal side a new city called Camana Bay of over 500 acres has just blossom. Whichever you prefer this part of the island has it all, beachfront condos or canal front homes.

George Town

This is the capital and financial center where the majority of banks, law and accounting firms are located. Most of the jewellery shops and designer stores are also located “downtown” to cater to the two million cruise ship visitors each year.

South Sound

This “close to town” area has an unbelievable charm for families living in Cayman. With schools, tennis club, parks and the rugby pitch many local activities are held within this area. This medium density, higher end residential is comprised of family homes with a few condos and a magnificent ocean view off the iron shore.

Prospect

This area is very close to town with many canal front developments and shopping areas such as Grand Harbour allowing a perfect life between town and country.

Savannah – Newlands

Savannah is a medium density residential area with mostly homes and some on canal front properties. A local shopping area has made this part of the island an interesting local investment.

Bodden Town – Breakers

First capital of the Cayman Islands, this quiet and sublime low density area holds the true caribbean life with no traffic, endless beach and local restaurants.

East End

This eastern tip of the island is well under developed. With only a couple larger developments and time share condos, serenity is easily found on this side of the island.

North Side

This northern region holds exclusive low density residential beach front mansions. With no traffic and breath-taking views the north side offers peace in luxury.

Rum Point – Kaibo

This northern tip of the island is famous for its miles of lagoon, aqua water. The low density homes are both ocean and canal front. Harbouring one of the marinas in cayman, it is the local boat hang out where locals and residents come to on Sundays.
